Monday: Back
Tuesday: Arms
Wednesday: chest/abs
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Leg shapping
Sunday: Hot yoga
Sometimes I do "leg shredding" excercises between sets if I am not superseting a bodypart to keep my heart rate within my burning zone. DB lunges in place, squads (all angles), DB plies or whichever excercise comes to mid.
30 minutes twice a day cardio of choice. One session after lifting and the other one on empty stomach. 45 min to 60 min sessions closer to show.
It all depends on work schedule. I have changed a lot of things since my last two shows that I should have done but because of work schedule I could not.
16 to 20 sets per bodypart.(Including 2 warm up sets at the beginning, of course). It depends how I feel and which bodypart I am working out. Changing between 25, 20, 15, 12, 10 and 8 reps. Again, it depends. I never do the same reps on every set.

Getting my pro card and if God allows compete as an IFBB Figure Competitor. Goal is to lower my body fat as low as I can after hip/ankle surgery recovery and stay fit to my satisfaction. Life preservation....safety.
