I want to become fitter, healthier and just live a overall better life.
How I Stay Motivated:
The more weight I lose, the faster my car goes! Hehe, not really but that's a extra plus :) What keeps me motivated is that after the lifestyle change -- I absolutely love how I can do so much more with my body, run, play sports etc... Basically, there is no reason to not want to get fit. Life is short...you got to make the best of it. I also have a perfectionist mentality, so I got to be the best in everything I do.
BB Accomplishments:
I am ready and determined. Only thing in the way is time!
I want a lean yet athletic build. Not too muscular, but I would like to have plenty of strength.
Goal (Long):
I have lost over 135lbs in the last year, now my goal and aspirations is to finally have a athletic build yet very lean body. I definitely have some loose skin over from loosing all my weight, but I'm hoping that it all stretches back in time, and by then I have hopefully reached my goals.

Benefits of a workout partner are endless. Having a constant spot helps you push yourself harder, bestows more confident in yourself.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
30 minutes on elliptical to get knees adjusted and heart rate up then about 45 minutes to a hour on the treadmill. I also throw in circuit training and what not. Really just depends.
good job on the weight loss man. how long have you been dieting? i've lost a lot of weight too, 150 lbs at the most. it's been 3.5 years for me. in my head im also still feel fat, and im paranoid about the food i eat. dayum.

Nah, no cutting for me. I take a lot of hits in rugby so a little bit of padding is desirable. I'm gonna bulk until I'm 265, then just try to maintain that.
