Tuesday/Saturday - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Thursday/Sunday - Legs, Back, Biceps
I do cardio on all 4 of those days plus one to two other days.
I may soon look into changing the program, as the back and legs on the same day are quite taxing. Whichever of those I do first is fine, while the other may not get as much intensity as it deserves. However, I would like to stick to my original program for at least 6 to 8 weeks before making any changes.
