When I Started:
Nov, 2005
How I Started:
I started playing basketball, volleyball, swimming, softball, track and field, as a freshman, I found the need to start trainning myself to get a scholoarship in one of these sports so I started working out and have been ever since.
Why I Love It:
It's a great to leave the gym feeling like I did something to help myself live longer and become a lil bit stronger and faster. Meeting other people that have the same goals as you to stay in shape and exchanging ideas about workouts and asking for help if needed about a routine. Just having fun talking while running beside someone that has the same problme and able to talk to that person and get ideas.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just myself, since my boyfriend broke up with me a few months ago but it's all good. Also, the need to stay in shape is so great because I'm always having to push myself to the limit with every sport that I play, might as well stay ahead of the game sort of speak.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 10 lbs in 2 months was an awesome accomplishment for me but that was a year ago. Also, finding my inner strength beacause I had always though that I was a weakling so that was any awesome experience!
