How I Started:
I was thick, heavy, pudgie through my teen years. So I decided to change my appearence. When I was a young boy I was teased for being heavy, I didn't like being made fun of. When I was like 20 I decided to make a change, I tried lots of different things, trying to find the right road to ride down I found fitness and felt it was perfect. As I've gotten older I find myself trying to defy age, funny thing is I believe lots of people do but don't want to admit it. I'm vein and I know it.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel in the gym, I love being around health oriented people. Training people to a new physique is a very fufilling feeling. Seeing there face when they have to go buy all new clothes or seeing them on stage.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've been very conscious of my appearence. In the past two years it's been my amazing fiancee she's very beautiful and my best friend. I've been training her for her first figure show. There's nothing like having a partner to motivate you. It's truly been the BEST for me and my own training.
BB Accomplishments:
I did the "Body For Life" contest in 2000 it was an amazing experience. I started at 205 lbs.22% bodyfat, 12 weeks later I was 167 lbs. and 7.7% BF.
