How I Started:
I started working out after graduating high school, but quit while working a full time job & attending grad school. My poor choices of nutrition & not exercising led to weight gain, high blood pressure, & high cholesterol. I got back in the gym to get back in shape & get those things under control.
Why I Love It:
Working out relieves a lot of stress, gives me more energy, and has eliminated the need for meds.
How I Stay Motivated:
I shock my muscles & break the monotony by never having two workouts the same. Attending or watching bodybuilding shows on the net, and reading articles online or in mags also provide added motivation.
