2007 - reduced the fat!
2008 - added muscle!
2009 - Completing the circle!
Goal (Long):
In 2007 I lost 50 lbs! However, I was afraid of getting too skinny by doing cardio all the time.
So in 2008 I worked on increasing strength and muscle.
Now in 2009 I will drop the rest of the fat so the muscle can come shining thru!!

My current collection of weights is a combo of the DP plastic weights and some old hand-me-down iron plates. Guess what?? I have maxed out my squat and deadlifts using the every single plate I own!
Now I am squatting 5 sets of 12 reps with 185 pounds! I now I could lift...
