Totally retooled my thinking towards working out, now I am focused on my whole body and not just parts that show at the beach (:-), hopefully soon ill be close to my goal.
Why I Love It:
Gives me an energy boost and the confidence to know I can perform well anytime anywhere.
How I Stay Motivated:
The desire to have a body that can be considered elite or supreme!

Goal (Long):
Currently sitting on 202 pounds. My goal is lean mass and solid strength gains. Also I would like to get certified as a personal trainer to get paid doing something I love to do.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
5%

Did my cardio this morning and I've got legs tonight after work. Tomorrow I'll be spending downtown with a friend from out of town. Can you say mimosa breakfast??
