Currently on the fence about whether I wan to keep working out towards a more sports related goal or to finally concentrate on BB (ie diet, program, sleep lol) HELP!
Why I Love It:
Gives me an energy boost and the confidence to know I can perform well anytime anywhere.
How I Stay Motivated:
The desire to have a body that can be considered elite or supreme!
Currently sitting on 195 pounds, (goal is a solid 215). My goal is lean mass and solid strength gains. Also I would like to get certified as a personal trainer to get paid doing something I love to do.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb

5%

Looks like our goals are pretty similar. I started trying to add a bit more mass 6 weeks ago. I lifted as heavy as possible and ate like crazy. I gained a sum total of ONE pound. Lol! I was working for more but I'll take it! Happy to be your friend!
