How has bodybuilding and fitness helped or hurt your relationship?
It can be hard at times, but my girlfriend is very supportive of my training, my diet and often gives me (very, very good) massages to help keep me supple!

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Three months in, and things are looking pretty good, Ive lost a total of 7Kg overall weight, probably more in fat, but have put some muscle on too. Ive 2 inches off my wasteline and put half an inch back on my arms to get back where I started on the 1st December! I hindsight the month off...
No trampoline, lol, but my pal who took it is only little, and I made her crouch down. I have got very springy legs though - I'm just under 6ft, but can get my elbow by a bball rim! Hoping to get jumping higher this year, 40"+ vert.
Things are good Bro! Having a break from MMA training till May. Its a bit intense, so have to give ur body a break now and then, so bulking up a bit before! Cant wait to cut bf% in a few months. I'm at 14% right now, which sucks - the abs have gone! If you wanna burn fat and get fit quick, try the tabata routine on my blog - loads dudes on here are having great success with it!
i do 40mins running early morning before breakfast 4/5 times a week, doesn't matter to much on training days because it means i will burn that few extra calories. i do 3 sets 12 - 15 reps, and low carbs, just in the morning and tea. So it is pretty usual really. I was trying carb cycling but low carb seems to work better for me. How long you been training for?
hey, im from the UK muscle site, training's going good thanks, what about yourself? size will come in time, i built up size to start to loose weight and now i'm starting to cut. what routine you on?
hi, ehh ok but not great..thank you for the blog comment! i've been trying hard to resist the trap of boredom/sorry for self so eat too much and repeat, and for the most part i have, but i feel it coming, so i'm glad you wrote that hopefuly in time to snap me out of it ;) how long after cast did it take you to be comfortable working out w/your ankle?
