How I Started:
I started working out in highschool, but not with any real goals in mind. I worked out off and on until 2003 when I started to get interested in Bodybuilding. I've been learning a little here and there and now I'm actually starting to get serious about it.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling the pump I get during a heavy set and how I feel afterwards. Nothing beats having sore legs the day after a hard leg workout. lol
Also, I love to eat and Bodybuilding allows me to eat more, even though most of the food is healthy food.
How I Stay Motivated:
Remembering when I was overweight during most of Elementary school and during Middle school and not wanting to go through that again.
Plus, thinking about how I'll look in a few years if I train hard enough. Not having to deal with major health problems later on in life as long as I keep at it.

Thy next foe is...
Lower my bf% so I can begin my next bulking cycle.

Even though I'm more concerned with overall appearence than I am with strength, I would like to increase my bench, deadlift and squat to an impressive weight for my size.

I started out at around 158lbs...
