My girlfriend and I started a challenge between us doing the Body for Life program in the summer of 1999.
Why I Love It:
I love challenging myself.It's like a contest between me and the weight..I will always win!!!Love what it does for my mind,body and spirit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I come here first and foremost for the great motivaters.Also my training partner is a great help,he has competed before both locally and in the U.S.He kicks my butt!! Thanks Mike!
BB Accomplishments:
Well I was always underweight.Never hit 100lbs until I was close to my 30th bday so putting on the lbs in muscle was one of them.Also at my leanest for the Olympia 2004.I was very proud of myself when i saw those little veins pop in my lower abs!!!

After an injury and a short illness I was unable to lift heavy for quite a while.I am now well on my way to getting my body back in fighting shape.Missing 2 weeks feels like 2 years for me,so it has been a challenge just to stay out of the gym and not push the envelope.I want to drop the bodyfat down,way down.I don't want to lose weight necessarily.Ok,maybe 5 lbs.wouldn't hurt.
