I have never found a need to motivate myself. I am always motivated. After all, you can't just go in, pump a few reps, and hope to wake up lookin' like Ronnie Coleman or Phil Heath. Keeping realistic goals will keep you from getting down.

You are about the same build as i was at 17. Keep it up man you will grow like mad at your age. Don't wanna wait till you are older like me to finally start at it. Lookin good so far. Nice liftin numbers too!
