Regarding eating to get and stay lean, the answer is both simple and complicated. The simple version is to avoid processed foods, eat plenty of protein, and eat often (5-6 times per day) making a special effort never to skip breakfast. I recommend that you read "The Abs Diet". I think it does a good job of explaining the "whys" of eating to stay lean. Cheers, Mike

Hey man, I saw on your blog that you are considering doing on-line training with someone. I have been considering trying to get into this and have been very passively fishing for volunteers.
