How I Started:
I got started lifting when I began playing high school football and fell in love with it. I've been doing it (almost consistently) ever since.
Why I Love It:
I like how it makes me feel. I feel strong, vital and refreshed.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just keep plugging away. I try to keep my eye on how I eventually want to look and that's enough to keep me going.

Did deadlifts this morning. 5x3. My last set i got 326. That blows my estimated 1RM out of the water. Funny thing is I wasn't even thinking of it when I was working out. I estimate that I can do about 360-370 for my 1RM based on the ease with which I lifted 326. And! I lost a pound. I...
