I just had this coversation with my bro down at the gym...just keep at it man!!! if I'm any indicator, that strength WILL come back!!!! mine has, and I think I'm stronger than I have been in a LONG time!!! keep going..you can go back to bulking anytime you've come too far to go back now!!!
