How I Started:
I had always lifted and trained through high school and college for football. After leaving school I hadn't seen the inside of a gym for YEARS. Between then and my son being born I had balooned to 270+ lbs and a 40" waist. I took one look at my son after he was born and made the decision right then that I was getting back in the gym so he could have an active dad that would be ready for whatever he could throw my way as he grew.
Why I Love It:
There is nothing better than the personal battle inside your head to squeeze out one more set...one more rep! Helps me de-stress and gain mental clarity and focus...and the physical side effects of lifting are pretty good
How I Stay Motivated:
As someone else so eloquently put it..How do I stay motivated? I keep looking in the mirror! And keep wanting better and better.

I Make it to the gym every morning at 5am...

I've been to Sedona, Tuscon, and Awatuki. I butchered those up didn't I? Anyway, fe sho on the working out. Know he'd love it just as much as me! And ooooooh nelly do we love tanning! We get it in as much as time permits! I'm a scorpio so I wish I can live in the water!
