How I Started:
I actually use to lift during the ages of 18-20yrs old with a few bodybuilder friends. Things happened in my life to set my dream of competing off a bit. Now I'm back and I plan to be better than ever.

Love the natural high.

Funny you should mention "life coach" as I took training to be one. I ended up becoming a personal fitness trainer and really enjoy that aspect of it so much more. You are looking pretty darn impressive and I can't wait to see the changes you have in your future.
