Overall Goal: I would like to keep my muscle while losing Weight and Body Fat while maybe even adding a pound or 2 of Muscle... Then start lifting Heavy when I get to my Ideal Weight

My dad was a Body Builder when he was younger and some of my friends lifted weights regulary so I decided I would join them and I was hooked instantly.
Why I Love It:
Its good for my health, It makes me stronger which is good for my Occupation, and it makes me feel good

I always keep my head up and never ever give up!

Benchpressed 255- Next stop 275!
Squatted 335- Next stop 405!
Deadlifted 375- Next stop 405!

Goal (Long):
I used to weigh 170 pounds then I had an adverse reaction to a medicine I was on and I ballooned up to 270 pounds... I got depressed for awhile then I started working out and got down 30 pounds to 240 pounds but I would like to get down to 190-200 pounds, have around 10-12% Body Fat and be lean and strong. Its going to take lots of hard work and dedication, but I am going to get er done!

I want to LOSE 45 lb
