When I Started:
Apr, 1987
How I Started:
Used to play team sports when younger but have always admired muscular physiques. I had a bad injury when in my teens that caused me to have to give up the team sports so I took up bodybuilding instead as a way to keep myself fit & strong.
Why I Love It:
I love training for the way it makes me feel and the healthy lifestyle. I boosts my self-confidence and keeps me happy and positive.
How I Stay Motivated:
Try to surround myself with positive people. Also pictures, music, magazines and certain movies get me fired up & motivated. I also get motivated by the bevy of great physiques on this site.
BB Accomplishments:
I've never competed as I've never really had an inclination to do so. I just want to have a good balanced physique.

I want to keep improving.
taken after a few weeks layoff. I'm not too out of shape but I want to get back into it and keep improving.
To achieve and maintain a balanced physique and a healthy lifestyle, year round!
Goal (Long):
My goal now is no longer to be the biggest guy in the room... been there, done that! I think with age my goals have shifted and now I strive for a more balanced physique. I like to be muscular yet stay trim and have a high level of fitness and speed.
I had a great holiday over the xmas / new year period. I visited the uk and although the holiday it self was awesome, the plane flights were a total nightmare for me.
You see, I just could not get comfortable in those tiny seats when the whole craft is full of passengers packed in...
Currently I am doing a 3 day split: Chest/Back, Shoulders/Arms, Legs.
I will be experimenting and modifying this over the next few weeks though. I am going to try a 4 day split to see if I can get any better results.
Hey! How are you? Thanks for the comment. My training is basically non existant I hate to say. No training partner, nor Muay Thai place. The other half would love to join me training, except he does fly in fly out work and is gone for 1 to 2 weeks at a time. :(
Are its all good. I'll slow get back on track. Thanks for positive thoughts. Means alot. Have a great week!
Thanks for the comment! You've got a great shape as well :-) Good luck reaching your goals!
