How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10 to 12
Fewer reps are for strength and higher reps are for endurance. I'm trying for a median.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Long enough for my workout partner to complete his set.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?

Oh, I was able to do 90lbs on one of the seated tricep machines. Before that, I was stuck at 70lbs. I just got it in my mind to give it a try...and Voila! Success. Lol! Happy Thursday...can you believe it's almost the weekend. Whew...time is going fast!

Yes, yes...it has been a very good week so far. I actually got a personal best at the gym today, which made me quite happy. I get a charge out of meeting the goals I set. I'm sure you know what I mean! Hope you are having a good day and that your training is going really well!
