How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10 to 12
Fewer reps are for strength and higher reps are for endurance. I'm trying for a median.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Long enough for my workout partner to complete his set.

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?

Hey you, ive been sick for like 2 weeks now, so i a; only starting up again tommorrow.. good nezs is by watching out what i was eating, I lost weight still.. so far gone from 30% body fat to 25% :p How about youm how are you doing?

Oh thank you. I am doing my level best to put on a little more mass without extra fat...It's always such a balancing act. As for my training. I'm STILL having the BEST time. How are things on that end?
