Press day done. Struggled to get to the gym today - lucky it's 24 hr so I snuck out at 9 after the kids were all in bed to get my workout on. Chest is my least favourite group so I pumped this routine pretty quick. Finished myself off with some med ball slams and rotations - good night! core incline DB press 3/10 x 15(two kids had half the gym setup so i switched from BB to DB to save time) Supps weighted dips 12 x BW 12 x +10 9 x +10 DB shoulder press 3 x 10/10/8 x 15... Reason I joined this BodyGroup: I have finished football(rugby league) for 2012 and have four months off-season to get larger and stronger. After studying a lot of the size and strength workouts on bodybuilding.com I think this will be the best fit. 7 P's = my type of workout Members: 78
