I took this after looking at "GZUS" profile pics again. So as punishment to myself I posted it. It's slightly better but I still look a cheesy, beefy, chunky mess.......not for long, I'm makin my way.

no meat, veggies and excellent cardio is slimming down my tummy and my love handles are goin quicker than I expected. Still got a ways but thank God at least my stomach is showing immediate progress!
