I dunno, my dad was really into it as a youngster and taught me all that he knows. To everyones surprise, I workout like a champ but friggin' love food so I don't get the results I expect.
Why I Love It:
Because it makes me feel secksay AAAAAAAND...I like being able to lift more than some guys in my gym.

1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp stevia powder
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1 1/2 cups ice
Blend and cream your pants at the deliciousness.
