My workout today was all chest.  I did incline chest press. 10 reps of 225, 5 reps of 275, 3 reps of 295, 10 reps of 225, 

Flat bench was 225 for 10 ,275 for 7, 225 for 10

Cross over cable 60 3 sets of 10.  100lbs 2 sets of flys.  My workout was pretty good today.  Lots of energy...
