My workout today was all chest.  I did incline chest press. 10 reps of 225, 5 reps of 275, 3 reps of 295, 10 reps of 225, 

Flat bench was 225 for 10 ,275 for 7, 225 for 10

Cross over cable 60 3 sets of 10.  100lbs 2 sets of flys.  My workout was pretty good today.  Lots of energy...

Honestly, I see slight improvement. It's good u r doing this slow and steady for long lasting results! You seem to be zero'ing in on the eating... but how's the cardio doing? hmmmm....

I was in the top 5 and placed 4th out of 8 national competitors. Not bad for my first national show. Alot of people said I was robbed and should have been in the top 3. There was alot of bad judging going on that nighht, but it was all good! At least I placed and wasn't dead last! One show down and one more to go!

eating alot of fruits and veggies, working out hard about 4times a week. normally i do 10min on the eliptical then lift the rest of the way. (total time: 1hour)
