How I Started: A friend back in college convinced me to do a local show. I won the overall and was hooked every since.
Why I Love It: Keeps me strong and in shape.
How I Stay Motivated: I realize there is always room for improvement. No matter how good you think you are, there's always somebody better.
BB Accomplishments: I have placed top 5 in 4 national level NPC events. Another big accomplishment was winning the overall at my very first show.

so the low starch carb deal is the way to go plus the cardio. you take about 1.5gr of protein per pound of weight i assume?
