How I Started:
Started martial arts when I was 19 and began using weights in my early 20s - but i didn't have a clue what I was doing! Only started lifting properly a year ago.
Why I Love It:
I like being strong and seeing muscle definition. It's all vanity really :-)

I look at my belly when I've been bad.
