Hey thanks for dropping me a line. I've been down with the flu for the past two weeks. I've made it to the gym a few times but not with very much energy. I haven't posted my last three or four workouts. I'm feeling better this week and I'll be back to posting :) Hope all is well. Have a great week!

Thanks for the comment and the well-wishes. Workouts are going good for me. I'm about to step it up with the weight training. I'm working out hard either way. Stay tuned for some recent progress pics and new stats.

You're still doing better than me, I'm stuck at 148 for the last two weeks. I'm not making the progress toward my goal weight as fast as I want which, obviously, affects my other goal of doing the unassisted pull ups. I was able to do 1 the other day with no assistance. I guess that's all I can expect from my poor arms until I take off another 10 lbs =)

They're posted =) Not as much visable progress as I had hoped but I certainly feel a difference. I've got about 3 lbs of water weight on me today but over all my weight is down about 8 lbs in the last month so I'm satisfied. You have any new pics lately?

I took some the other day but the light was terrible and I hated them (as usual). I'm going to make DH take some more (hopefully today).

I have not forgot my password :) I just don't have any time to blog. I do get on and check everyone's progress. DOn't think I"m not working out just because I'm not blogging, I am sticking faithfully to my diet and exercise. I have made some good progress too. I'll have to take some time, hopefully soon, and update my stats and post new pictures. I wish I had more time in a day but I just don't :(

Hello :) Sorry to be absent for so long. I've been very busy with work and school. I am doing good with my diet and exercising, although I'm not finding the time to do any extensive weight training. Unfortunately I don't have a few hours a day to spend at the gym. Maybe after midterms :( I am making steady progress toward my goals so that's good news. I'll have to update my stats this weekend. Welcome! So glad you joined us. It looks like my goals are pretty well aligned with yours. I've lost 15 lbs (an kept it off) since this time last year. I fell off the wagon for a long time during the summer though, so don't let my slow progress discourgae you. Seven of those fifteen lbs I've lost since I devised my new diet plan three weeks ago. Keep your nutrition in check, do your cardio and resistance training and that weight will fall off you!
