My goal is to gain about 10-15 lbs of muscle by the end of the summer. I have been lifting with my husband following his workout. I feel a little lost b/c I don't really know anything about lifting and gaining muscle but I am sticking to it and hopefully soon I will start seeing some results.

Before I started lifting this week, I have been able to eat whatever and still remain at 100 lbs. Will that have to change now? My goal is to put on 10-15 Lbs. of muscle with min. fat. I don't know what my body fat is but I know it's on the low side and I want to keep it that way. I have been lifting heavy w/ minimal reps. I feel great for the first time in a really long time. Any advice? Thanks a million!

You are the bomb girl! I LOVE junk food but I am serious about getting a body like that so if that is what it takes...bye bye Reese Cups, Pizza, and Fries :0) You have the best ass I have ever seen. I have looked at a lot of girl's profiles on here and you have the perfect body in my opinion. What kind of ab and glute excerises do you do and how often. Please help this beanpole obtain a body like yours. TTYL Amanda
