Schlot16 Haha yeah, don't dirty bulk dude.. I'm cutting down to the high 160's, low 170's and seeing if i need to keep going. I hope to god not. I did gain a ton of strength though that I seem to be maintaining still at 179. Let me know when you're done bulking though! Dec 6, 2007 11:14am

crazymutha I use IF occaisionally now...for detox purposes. every 5th week I'll do 3-5 days of fasting from protein...not ideal for daily use...peace. Sep 19, 2007 8:50pm
