How I Started:
I've always had a GYM where I lived, but I never thought I would be the one to use it. So, one day I decided to take a stroll over to it, and fell in love.
Why I Love It:
I love knowing that I'm doing something rite for my body, and that I'm doing something most kids my age don't already over populate..
How I Stay Motivated:
Results; that's the main reason I sometimes find myself not pushing hard enough.

Just hard work and a VERY strict diet for a while. Over the summer I got on a great bulking diet and never cheated, and manged to go from 165-195. Anything can be accomplished with hard work!
Haha yeah, don't dirty bulk dude.. I'm cutting down to the high 160's, low 170's and seeing if i need to keep going. I hope to god not. I did gain a ton of strength though that I seem to be maintaining still at 179.
Let me know when you're done bulking though!
