I am really loving this workout program. Just not the cardio so much. I switch the jogging with the stepmil or a run the truck at the gym. But running is't my thing. Says the woman who's done 3 Tri's a muddy buddy and a half marathone. lol

Ok so I am following Kris Gethin 12 week Daily Trainer and so far its been a kick but workout. So I am looking ahead to the leg workouts and he adds in drop sets. Now I think I know what this is but need clarification. He wants 100 reps on the leg extension so that means I have to start at my heaviest weight possible and do how every many I can, the drop the weight a little, do as many as i can then drop the weight again, do as many as i can etc. I keep repeating this...
