Background
When I Started: Feb 2006
HOW I STARTED:
In 2006 at a company golf outing a picture was taken of me from behind. Man I saw that picture and thought I was going to die. Every since then, I've been working out, trying to reach a certain goal weight. I've always had the desire to compete in the back of my mind but never thought I could do it until now!
WHY I LOVE IT:
I love working out because I like the way I look and feel afterwards. Nothing like watching your body transform into a beautiful master piece that you created. AWESOME!

My mom died at an early age (61) my dad is ok but has to take a trillion pills aday. I don't want that for me or for any of my children. My motivation is being here for them and my granson to teach them how to take care of themselves when they grow up! I have 4 boys and a girl, I've gotta teach her that working out it good for you and you don't have to be a big girl with a pretty face!

Posted in Training : Dec 28, 2010 5:01pmI have finally come to grips with somethings and feel like I can show my face again on bodyspace. I did the fool ya'll after my show. Eating all kinds of junk, half ass working out and just kickin it. Then I started looking at myself and I didn't like what I was seeing. My 1st Competition!!
Posted in Training : Dec 28, 2010 5:01pmOk so I made through the show with out puking or falling on stage. LOL. It was really alot of fun. All the ladies where nice backstage and helped each other. Actually going on stage was a rush, not so scary as I thought but your blood does get pumped. From what I understand it was a ver relaxed show so I think that was a good choice for my 1st time. I hate that it was a small show and I am having a hard time dealing with getting 4th when there was only 5 competitors in my division, but I am dealing with it. I know that it takes courage to do what I did...

Hi my name is tiffiny just started training again in Feb. trained before over a year ago but didnt take it serious.I enjoyed your story because I cant seem to stay motivated and sticking to my diet with 3 teens and a husband has been hard. i feel horrible because i havent lost much weight but i work out like crazy, its like a yo yo and im fustrated but looking at your progress makes me feel good how did you stay focused?
