How I Started: To gain strength for sports, and improve performance
Why I Love It: I love training and the feel you get within your muscles when you totally blast a workout. Love the ability to train in order to strengthen, sculpt, and develop a symmetrical physique.
How I Stay Motivated: Strive to achieve small goals, while keeping the big picture in mind. I've always love to train and as I learn more in terms of training and nutrition... I fall even more in love with Training.
BB Accomplishments: Thus far winning the overall at the 2004 Oklahoma, but also getting to do a shoot with Iron man Magazine this past summer was an awesome experience!!!
