It is going well brad. I have to get back into it. I took a one week break from the gym and lifting weights but I feel eager to get myself back into it. Tomorrow (Monday) Back to the same routine. How is training ?

Hey. How is your training going? have you switched up your routine. I made minor adjustment to mines added a couple of exercises into the mix for back and shoulders. I am also planning on trying out a new brand of protein. Wish you the best in your lifts and have a great day.

Hey, nice new progression pictures. I can see the difference from the previous picture. If you are seeking advice. Dead lifts and lunges should be included into your workout, cardio should be included for about 20 - 30 minutes at high intensity. That is just my 2 cents on it. Keep it up and don't stop training. You are doing GREAT ! *Smiles*
