How I Started:
I have been active in sports since childhood sports like basketball, swimming, baseball, martial arts. Was loosing to much weight so I decided to join a gym in order to keep in shape and gain muscle mass and have a proportioned body.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me motivated for the rest of the day, When I work out I usually feel energetic even with sore muscles. Helps me focus and stay on point when it comes to school and work.
How I Stay Motivated:
I research on bodybuilding websites and fitness magazines to gain as much information as possible and put it into play with my workout sessions.

As a teen I've been involved in sports such as track, basketball, football, martial arts, and lifting weights. As time progressed I noticed that I cut back on most of the physical activities. I decided to change that and started hitting the weights again. I want to gain as much mass as possible, Have a Proportion body, Lean and Muscular. At least 170 - 185 pounds but lean, I want to accomplish this by the end of December 2009.

Are you still interested in more info on squat form? I started reading some of Rippetoe's "Starting Strength" over the weekend. He has a different take on it and in some ways a better description than McRobert's version.
