How I Started:
I drove a truck OTR and was about 305 LBS, Smoked, and ate truck stop food. I was just tired of being tired. I saw what the trucker's lifestyle had done to other people, and realized it was happening to me. I quit Driving OTR, started a local job,lost 70lbs and wanted to keep improving on myself. Now I weight 235. Smoke free for over 2 years. I'm still not were I want to be but I'm alot better than I was.
Why I Love It:
I like looking good and hanging out with those tired fat asses at work. I enjoy being in good shape for my age.
How I Stay Motivated:
I go to the local buffet (Bunch of Ugly Fat Folks Eatin'Together) resturants and see all the overweight people in there little motorized wheelchairs with an Oxygen tank strapped to them. I'm NOT going to be that way.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 70lbs of body fat. Bench Press was 90lbs now 215. I,ve come a long way, but still have a ways to go!
