Overall Goal: I do not want to compete. I simply want to put on mass bulk, just GITBIG, but muscular at the same time. I do want to loose weight and fat, but I do not desire the same level as a competing bodybuilder.

When I Started:
Mar, 2009
How I Started:
After I started taking Judo, I felt way out of shape. So I decided to change my life through exercise and diet. After 22 years on nicotine, I gave that up and felt great! Before I got married 16 years ago, I was in the gym trying to put on mass. Now that my health is much improved and I feel a lot better, I am revisiting my old goal, GITBIG!
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I take a shower and my muscles are getting bigger, I love the way I look when I see myself in the mirror and I am getting bigger. All that pain and work is actually paying off!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am just starting out at age 42. All I have to do to stay focused and motivated is to look around me and see all the fat, lazy slobs that look like garbage and I want to go work out more! GITBIG! GITFIT!
BB Accomplishments:
Just getting my workouts on and start seeing and feeling size increase! Also doing this while staying all natural. Im also getting a lot stronger! It has also helped my Aikijutsu and Judo, and helped me fee more confident as a corrections officer.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I didnt take it serious and gave it up. I was also not educated on HOW to lift so I never made progress.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
REAL MANY BOOKS, TRY EVERYTHING, PURSUE WHAT WORKS! Dont let someone tell you your doing it wrong, if what your doing works for you. Be careful who you take advice from, there are a gizillion idiots in this sport, just like anything else.REAL MANY BOOKS, TRY EVERYTHING, PURSUE WHAT WORKS! The "DieselWarrior 3 Piece Dinner" Exercise with I
Played: 26
Description: Recorded 23 Sep 09 in HD with the Canon Vixia HF10 camcorder.
This video demonstrates 3 things. (1) I am at least 30lbs over weight when this was shot (2) The dedication and intensity needed to !GITBIG! (3) The DieselWarrior "3 piece dinner" exercise that works the bicep, front delt and tricep in one compound move.
DieselWarrior.com is all about the "Average Joe" trying to GitBig without drugs, without trying to cut and without trying to compete. Were all about GITBIG!
Our motto is "To get diesel, you need to be a warrior!"
