MY NUTRITION

    1. IN THE MORNING I DRINK TWOO SCOOPS OF COMBAT POWDER WITH EITHER A BANANA OR A HAND FULL OF ALMONDS. 8:00 A.M
    2. FOR MY SECOND AND THIRD MEAL  I EAT 6-7 OUNCES OF TILAPIA AND A 1/4-1/2 CUP OF QUINO GRAINS AND 1 CUP OF BROCCOLI FROZEN BUT THAWED OVER NIGHT.
    3. FOR MY THIRD AND FOURTH MEAL I EAT 6-7 OUNCES OF TILAPIA AND 1 CUP OF BROCCOLI
    4. AND POST WORK OUT I DRINK 2 SCCOPS OF COMBAT POWDER AND A BANANA AND A PIXIE STICK
    5. I TRY TO EAT EVERY TWO AND HALF HOURS TO KEEP FULL AND PACK A GOOD AMOUNT OF PROTEIN BEFORE I WRK OUT ON MY OFF DAYS I EAT ONLY THREE TO FOUR TIMES THOUGH OUT THE DAY AND EAT FRESH FRUIT

G Diesel I'd take Pump with plenty of fluids about 20-30 minutes before training, and at least 45 mins or so after eating. The stims are mild, so if you want to get amped up, stack it with Animal Rage. Sh*t's crazy. Oct 5, 2012 4:03pm
