"well i regained my 10 lbs so now i want to work on my cardio endurance while maintaining my weight and muscularity... i might be spending more time around the kitchen!"

haha its all good i dont think he means harm... actually im not into doing power cleans... i do squats, bench, and military press... and thats it for the power lifts... cleans were always a football thing (i played soccer and lifted on my own terms lol)

im doing well, trying to keep up the intensity... i just started doing some cardio a few days ago and i actually love it lol... im currently waiting for this summer to be over with so i can go back to school, but other than that im enjoying summer... hows progress?

hey man, sorry for not getting back sooner, and yeah the training has been going very well... im back from school and hitting up my hometown gym for about 2 hrs everyday after i get outta work... abs lol... i actually worked them out today for the first time since i last did about a month and a half ago... how about you, how are the gains coming?

Yeah man, im always bulkin, i havent gained any weight but im feeling strong and getting good workouts in... its gonna be hard the next few weeks with school and finals and what not, but summer is almost here, then ill be living in the gym... how bout you man? hows progress

lol never too old, my friends dad was in his 50's when he first competed, hope that gives you some motivation, im sure your more than capable to achieve your goals, Im in the low 160s, i want to get back up to 170, no higher than 175, lol don't want to get too big for my frame, I'm just lookin to be strong and look good, highschool wrestling kinda turns me off from cutting weight and dieting down, and school presents a challenge in itself, keep in touch man, lemme kno how everything goes

umm i try to get in 5 to 6 days a week, chest, back, legs, shoulders, bi's, tri's, or ill combine the two if i miss a day, how bout you man?
