Overall Goal: well i regained my 10 lbs so now i want to work on my cardio endurance while maintaining my weight and muscularity... i might be spending more time around the kitchen!

Little man syndrome you could say. I started out doing it for sports and then started to fall in love with it once i started getting results
Why I Love It:
Keeps me level headed, and provides me with something to look forward to.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've been working out for so long that it has become a lifestyle. I just don't feel right not going to the gym. I also enjoy the feeling after a great work out

None, not a bodybuilder, i just enjoy working out, feeling strong, as well as finding self worth out of it... so i suppose thats an accomplishment in itself

Goal (Long):
I want to get stronger and look more full... To be honest I do want to be above 180. I don't think it would look well on my 5'4 frame. Looking to be lean at 175 and build on strength. I've been told i have great genetics for abs however i have never worked them out, so I'm thinking I'll start and turn em into freaks. Can't say the same for my tri's, so I'll have to figure something out to get em' bigger (any suggestions?) I also want to get my squat back up to repetitions of 8-10 at 495.

You've got incredibly wide shoulders, dude. Amazing V taper, even from the front. What kind of training got you that? Impressive, for sure. Keep it up.
Lol can't believe the guy under me on your page comment said your biceps is ridiculous. Anyway... Bret, do you do any olympic lifting?? I'm about to do Hang Cleans/Power cleans tomorrow. I have such doubts about proper form -- it seems very hard. Have a good week and good trainings!
