How I Started:
One person inspired me to pick up a weight and be creative. Matt Pagel was his name. (1981-2007). I was sick of having string beans for arms and legs. I was always picked on throughout my years in school, I was getting tired of it. Once I reached the 7th grade, sports came into my life and thats when I was allowed in the high school weight room. I did my best at all sports, but nothing compared to the sport of weight lifting/power lifting. I added some meat on my bones, the goal was to look just like Matt. Since he died, I've been on and off with working out, but its about time to get back into the swing of things and get back on track.
Why I Love It:
I love to workout. I do it because its a big part of my life, and a part of my job.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just being creative with my workouts, I always plan ahead on what day and at what time I do things, along with my supplement intake. "Just be creative!"

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10-12. It builds and pumps the muscle.

Depends if I'm lifting heavy, if I'm lifting heavy about 3 minutes max. or if I'm lifting normal 30-45 seconds rest.

I like to be creative. So every now and then I will switch workouts up entirely different to give my muscles a different shock.

For instance..

Monday - Chest/Triceps
Wednesday - Back/Biceps
Friday - Legs/Shoulders

Then a month or two later I'll switch it.

Monday - Chest
