I always loved to work out and after my first year of college i decided i wanted to start bodybuilding. So i got a work out plan and some supplements and began.
Why I Love It:
It's a great feeling, and i love keeping a healthy liftsyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's never been a problem to stay motivated, because i love bodybuilding.
BB Accomplishments:
not to long ago started benching over 315lbs. and 405lbs. on squat. Since my freshman yr of college i went from 155lbs. to 185lbs.

prob. 170lbs. as i started bulking up i had a big look to me but no def, biceps didn't have peak or shape, triceps weren't shaped, my chest had no shap or size either

Last week i started a new work out schedule and plan. I am training mondays chest and triceps, tues. off, wed. back biceps, fri. shoulders and traps, sunday legs, every other day is abs and calves, i've been training with 3 sets of 10-15 and as heavy weight as i can go. So far i realy like...
Start with one warm up of 20 reps each exercise, then I do 3 sets of 10-15 reps.
Alright i just switched it up again and i realy like this alot better. I switched biceps with triceps and move shoulders to wed.!

I started doing a curl burnout with 20lb DBs just doing as many as i could regularly and when i got tired or lost form i switched it to hammer curls and did as many of those as i could.I do two sets of that every arm day. Hope it works for you too
Thank you for the support. I have some crazy but not necessarily realistic goals going on (lol), but I must dream high and take it one day at a time. My body will change (unfortunately not overnight) but it will get there. Hopefully I'll see some good changes by the summer. Good luck with your training and thanks for the add.
