Probably my best shape at this point in my life. Age 22. The tan helps a bit too.
Just an update, haven't posted a pic in a long while. I've been lifting for strength rather than focusing on a full body-building approach. Should be losing some weight in the next few months as the cardio will ramp up.

Goal (Long):
To maintain and exceed healthy habits and muscular shape well into my later years. I would love to be that guy that still works out and goes on a daily run even at the age of 80!
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Lots and lots of prtoein. Ideally try to match it with carbs. Only slow digesting carbs post-workout. And I also try to get in some good fats. And yes, small meals spread out across the day.

What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
Description: One of my recent javelin videos. Competing in the Javelin again this year and hope to make it to the US Championships within the next couple of years.
I can't stand it when people don't re-rack their weights! I just have to get this out, so I don't take it out on some random, innocent person. I've worked out in several different weight rooms over the past 7 years and find it very interesting how each gym differs in general upkeep by 'us'...
hey dude just wanted to ask... I'm "skinny" trying to get nice and big... how would you recommend I train? I've been given advice from other people and they suggest a 2 days split system (day 1 and day 4:legs/back/shoulder day 2 and 5:chest/arms and 2 days abs) Am quite new to all this was wondering if you had any advice?
i'm one of Mike Maynard's boys, i threw for him at Boise State the last few years. I've switched my training focus now to powerlifting and strongman though. I'd try and get in touch with Rob Minnitti, he's a 78m thrower up in washington who last i heard was helping out with the huskies program. He can definitely give you a few pointers.
thanks for the add and tips man! consistency is such a bitch! i know its everything but full time work and paying the bills also comes into play! so anyways..thanks and hope to catchup soon!
I had tonight off. But hitting chest tomorrow. Training has been going great! Im stronger than I thought. Im increasing the weights on everything. I just need to lean out now and get the cuts.
It's been a while since I checked to see how you're doing. From your latest picture I'd say you're doing very well. How do you think things are going for you?
