but oral surgury wedsd am . i have a palup type thing in the back of my mouth, i made a 200 lb atlas stone give or take with 30 lbs of cast iron.
i'm leaving it in the mold for 10 days or so to cure . im ok my family is good, GREAT to see ya back, email me sometime and lewt my know how yuor doing

I have 4 bags of concrete i use for lifting " ANGLES "
those 2 bags are for my next 200lb atlas stones with 3-10 plates inside a 170 lb mold .

just been busy with work and stuff.I'm good , has a bad head cold for a few days. cleaned up a bunch of rusty plates.they came out great.

Keep looking at yuor local "stores " for HIGH protein content .I pick up 90/10 of my store brand ground beef burgers. 30 grams protein per 4 ozer.
Get a workout/food journal started here.There are tons of people who will help ya along.If no journal is posted you cant get any help . good luck
