I graduated 8th grade at 6-1 155lbs. Wanted to be as big as possible .played baskball from 5th-9th grade. boxed on and off. and tried out 2 yrs as a quarterback with towns football teams. Sad when the coaches kids were not as good as me.Never went back to football. and admiring the world's strongest men.
Why I Love It:
I loved the challange of bettering myself and getting huge again.To take the body where my mind directs it.And reaching new goals every week.
HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT ?? i know how bad i do .
How I Stay Motivated:
AFTER a 13 yr layoff .My son is blessed.At 11 yrs old he is 5-4 128lbs all muscle.I don't want him to see me as a fat use to be dad.MY love of music.Its pumps me up like nothing esle.I'm Lifetime natural,but 2 each their own.I love 2 grab a weight and beat gravity.And create a new me.

Goal (Long):
BE the best i can be.PUT my 26 years of knowledge and experience transforming my body back to where i was.learning timing of bsn products.And dropping bodyfat% as it comes. Not worried about it.Rebuilding strength and mass is my #1 priority.Moving more weight and or reps each week.
BUT who is willing to bleed? That's the question.

Yeah, man...GSP wasn't taking defeat for an answer in his home country so I can respect that! Franklin, he put up a good battle, but, McCarthy/Bisping!!! Bisping put a beating on that guy! I needed it about 3 days ago. Nobody was around!!! I served my time and now I'm back out on the streets! That's a lot of lettuce! You guys use all of it or give it to family and friends? I had a friend who supplied me with very delicious tomatoes all last summer and it was awesome!!!!
