How I Started:
Grew up being very athletic but very skinny. When I was 19 yrs.old someone pointed out that I was in good shape but very skinny. This sent my self esteem in a tailspin. I started reading up on bodybuilding magazines. I got certified as a trainer a year later. Worked as a trainer til 2005.
Why I Love It:
I can't imagine not doing it anymore.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just have to look in the mirror and see everything I need to improve on. That does the trick!

Do you currently have a workout partner?
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Earphones are usually loud enough, so I can't hear them. No, I don't tend to do it.

Holiday was great - my oldest son was born on the 4th ... has always been our little firecracker ...even more so now that he just turned 15! Training has been going well - heading into a bulk once we get back from San Diego (heading there in a week) Thanks for checking in Ron - always good to hear from you.
