I have been bulking for about a week and a half now. I have went up to 157 from 149 in about 10 days. My goal is to bulk for 8 weeks and eventually get to 175. This is probaly the most consistent I have been eating in my life so far I have been doing a good job of getting in my 6 meals...
2 medium sweet potatos
6 eggwhites
1 9" deep dish pie crust
1 cup skim milk
Boil the sweet potato until soft (45mins)
Peel and mash potatos with milk and eggwhites.. Spoon the mixture in the crust, bake for 45mins @ 450 degrees..

Training is going good - I'm increasing my rest and I started glutamine, and I think it's going well. I will be writing more about it so keep checking back!
i gained some kinda quick becuase I was sick before I made my bodyspace and lost some weight around the holidays then got back to school and put it back on. But besides that I just basically eat a ton and drink the protein shakes. All the basics.
