Got a little bit older and bigger at same time, by this point i was heavy into pullups and bicep curls but not much else

did some silly things like took advice from local bb shop who sold me " muslce pills" with no advice or anything, turned out to be M1T, got big arms and nice abs, didnt eat properly on them or anything and this was the result after

Finaly got solid routeen, ok diet, gd health, sound as a pound gym brother DUNK ! motivation is sky high.. the next few pictures are now and progress pics have now all been updated to show the journey... now it will contiune at a much faster rate.. i gym 5 days a week opposed to 2 or 3 if lucky.
