Look about 5 in this pic, i thought i was quite ripped then haha... this is a couple years before i started training, i was a gym idiot, went anf lifted stupid weights and stupid routeens
I have a question for ya ...decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking ..do you think that schedule will actually get me results?
