I want to get my weight down to 115 and score 100% on my final PT test in the Air Force next June. (I need to run 1 1/2 miles in under 10:23, do 47 pushups & 54 situps in a minute)

I want to gain more muscle and really tone up!!! I don't want to be too muscular though. I want to keep my weight where it is but make it tight and firm like a sexy model.
