Consistantly hit 315 by Christmas
Long Term Goals- looking to add mass once I have established a solid base. I would like to see me at 200lbs 10%BF but will revaluate after a few more months of consistant training and clean diet.
Oct was a blurr, no lifting all recovery. I am looking forward to getting to Hawaii and getting a set schedule may be slow for me for until first of year. I'm feeling good and want to get back but very hectic and would be hit and miss and a good way for me to get injured. My weight...
Reality House went well this year. Over 2,000 came through, and there were 300+ professions of faith. Given the fact that it rained 3 of the four nights, and the community was hit hard by the swine flu, it was a success! I even had a guy yell at me, "Man, that Jesus is cut!" :)
It was time to change the workout around. Since going to the Portion Control Diet with the added carbs, my strength shot up to the point that my elbow joints and rotator cuffs weren’t recovering fast enough to continue the six day program.
cardio worked for me for the first few months but i may have been over training. i used to run an hour a day at about 60%. I just recently started doing HIIT instead. That keeps me on the treadmill less time and I feel I am making more progress as well. The lipo6 is a good fat burner imo. i mainly use it for help uncoupling fat cells tho. Umm... anything else man, let me know.
